Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Prep time: 5-10 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit cubes
  • 1 cup frozen mixed red fruits (berries, raspberries, cherries, etc.)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup soy milk, or any milk of your choice

Toppings:

  • 3-4 strawberries
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Instructions:

  • In a blender, combine the frozen banana, frozen dragon fruit cubes, frozen mixed red fruits, banana, and milk. 
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, adjust the consistency by adding more soy milk. If it is too runny, then add some ice cubes.
  • Start washing peeling and slicing your toppings. Peel and slice the kiwi, remove the crown of the strawberry and slice, peel and slice the banana.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl and start layering your toppings.
  • Enjoy your nutrient-packed smoothie bowl.
