Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen dragon fruit cubes
- 1 cup frozen mixed red fruits (berries, raspberries, cherries, etc.)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup soy milk, or any milk of your choice
Toppings:
- 3-4 strawberries
- ¼ cup blackberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the frozen banana, frozen dragon fruit cubes, frozen mixed red fruits, banana, and milk.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
- If the smoothie is too thick, adjust the consistency by adding more soy milk. If it is too runny, then add some ice cubes.
- Start washing peeling and slicing your toppings. Peel and slice the kiwi, remove the crown of the strawberry and slice, peel and slice the banana.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and start layering your toppings.
- Enjoy your nutrient-packed smoothie bowl.
